Our Company History
In 1979, a new real estate company was born in Oklahoma City -- in the living room of Kermit Brown. Churchill-Brown’s vision was to be independent while still providing a full range of services for the prospective homebuyer and seller.
Monty Churchill and Kermit Brown insisted on remaining independent, not wanting their company to become part of a franchise real estate group. Even during the oil bust of the ‘80s, Churchill-Brown remained strong. In fact, they are the only independent real estate company in Oklahoma City which survived that difficult real estate market.
The original vision still holds true today as Churchill-Brown consistently remains the No. 1 selling real estate office in the Oklahoma City metro area.
Through the years, Churchill-Brown has grown steadily from 19 Realtors to more than 200 associates in four offices across the Oklahoma City metro area.
